998：Inservice->OOS and trigger In-Flight(14:15) and set OOS API -> trigger Pre-Landing(14:26)->Step out Shield(14:27)->Not-In-Flight(14:28)->14:29 camped NW

997: Inservice->先set OOS 然后关闭屏蔽门（14:32)->step out shield (14:43), 及时注册上了NW

996：Inservice->先OOS然后set-OOS(14：45）-> step out shield (14:57) ->15:00注册上网络

995：Inservice->先set OOS然后关闭屏蔽门（15:01) ->step out shield(15:13) ->15:16注册上NW

注意：888 and 999是开着wifi；其它log未打开wifi
